Continuing Education Distance Learning

Course Description: 14 Credit Complete course including core Law and ethics.  If you do not like online classes, but also don't have enough time to sit in one place for 14 hours, then this is the one for you. You will receive by mail or pick up in our office a booklet with all the newest real estate practices and legal issues for you to read on your own time, all you need to do is complete a 30-question multiple choice test and return it to the school and we'll send your 14 credits to the state, it’s that easy and a great way to complete your credits on your own timeline.
