Steps To Register For A Real Estate License in Florida

1. Get Finger Printed : (WE WILL OFFER FINGER PRINTING IN OUR CLASSROOM SO YOU MAY CHOOSE TO WAIT TO DO THIS UNTIL YOUR CLASS WEEK)

2. UPS Stores -  www.daontis.com/fl  ( can only register on line)

   To register must us this ORI # FL920010Z
    
   Wait for about 4 days until prints have been submitted to state
    
2. Go to myfloridalicense.com  (THIS STEP CAN BE DONE ANYTIME)
3. Apply / Manage a license
4. Create an account
5. Apply for Real Estate / Sales Associate Initial License (DO NOT APPLY UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN FINGERPRINTED FIRST)
   (Complete Application and pay for license)
    
   Should take between 2-10 days for approval you will get an email from Pearsonvue that states you are ready for testing
    
6. Once you have Received the  approval email for testing from DBPR & Pearsonvue you may then schedule your test.

To Schedule test with Pearsonvue (follow the instructions in the email they have already assigned you a username but you will need to say first you forgot your password and ask for a reset using your username the assigned you).
